Harmony Senior Home Support is a clinician-led home care service co-founded by a Registered Nurse (RN) and an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Our service was inspired by our own experience supporting ageing parents. Even with healthcare backgrounds, we experienced how difficult it can be for families to know when to seek help — and how important it is that support feels respectful rather than intrusive.
Many older people wish to remain independent and avoid burdening family members, while families often balance work and caregiving responsibilities.
We exist to bridge that gap.
Our goal is simple:
support people to continue living the life they value — safely at home.
We don’t focus on age or illness.
We focus on ability, dignity, and meaningful daily life.
Support should feel like assistance — not loss of control.
We encourage clients to keep doing what they can, and assist only where needed.
Every service is guided by healthcare professionals to ensure safety and appropriate support.
We focus on reducing falls, hospital admissions, and functional decline.
